Common Questions & Shop Policies

On this page we provide answers to common questions that we receive at The Tiny Bloom. If there is a question that you have that is not answered on this page, feel free to email us at info@thetinybloom.com and we will be glad to assist. 

What are your hours?

We are open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am to 7pm. At the moment, we are only offering Curbside Pickup and Local Delivery. Our shop's location is inside Fergusons Downtown at 1028 Fremont St., Suite 113, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Stop by in person and pick up a ready made bouquet or arrangement and shop our other gifts during regular business hours.  Outside of that, we have special arrangements and bouquets available to purchase in our online shop. 

Do you do weddings?

Yes. The Tiny Bloom is a full service wedding florist and event florist in the Las Vegas valley. If you would like to receive a quote for your event, please reach out to us on our Inquire page. 

Do you deliver?

Yes. We offer deliveries within the Las Vegas valley. Please place your order online, in the store or over the phone. 

Can I make special request/substitutions?

Our flower arrangements are all one of a kind! Each one is subject to flower availability and season. While we can take requests for certain color palettes we reserve the right to substitute as needed. That means we cannot guarantee any specific flowers or colors. However, for special events or weddings, we are happy to review your request and send you a quote. 

Return Policy

Non-Delivery

If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, The Tiny Bloom will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.

Flower Quality

Once flowers leave our shop premises/delivery vehicle, The Tiny Bloom,LLC. is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement please give us a call or email within 24 hours to see if we can make any replacements. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.

Flower Substitutions

The Tiny Bloom, LLC. reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.

Can I make special request/substitutions?

Non-floral/Plant Store Purchases

The Tiny Bloom does not offer refunds but in select cases may be able to provide store credit provided the merchandise is returned in re-sellable condition, alone with original packing (if applicable) and with original store receipt. Without a receipt, no store credit or return will be accommodated.
